"With united efforts towards the future" was the motto of this year's Gifhorn Economic Evening, which took place for the 16th time. On March 4th, 2025, around 180 representatives from Gifhorn's economy, regional science, and politics gathered at ROTH Catering Isenbüttel to enjoy an evening of lively exchange and celebration.
"In collaboration lies the true potential. We must engage in conversation, share our perspectives and challenges, listen to each other, and learn from one another so that ideas become solutions," welcomed District Administrator Tobias, who replaced Katharina Hoffmann, Interim Managing Director of Landkreis Gifhorn Innovation & Service GmbH, due to illness on this evening. The keynote speech by Max Hergt, futurist and expert in leadership as well as change and digital transformation processes, then focused on motivation and the courage to pursue personal and economic development. His lively presentation not only sparked excitement for the future but also succeeded in turning the individual participants into a community with a shared evening experience.
