The demographic situation in our country clearly shows: The proportion of older residents continues to rise, while the proportion of younger people continues to decline. This poses significant challenges, especially for our economy.<\/p>\n
Our globalized world, where national borders are no longer binding, offers the opportunity to fill this gap with people from other countries. However, the recruitment and integration of foreign skilled workers is challenging, demanding, and time-consuming. Therefore, it is all the more important to have the right partners by your side who can provide supportive advice.<\/p>\n
Together with the Welcome Center der Region<\/a>the Stabsstelle Integration des Landkreises Gifhorn<\/a> and the IQ Netzwerk Niedersachsen<\/a> We hosted an event where around 35 guests were informed about this topic, had the opportunity to learn about best practices, and found answers through mutual exchange.
